Hi All, Recently our Sophos standalone license expired, so we bought a new license (all good so far).
I have double, triple checked the license info and it's right.
Have tried a complete remove then reinstall but all with no success.
I then thought it may be down to pure internet connection as it says it cant connect to server, but then he says it happens whether he's working here or at home and wherever he is it doesn't connect.
If Sophos Antivirus clients have mysteriously stopped updating on Jan 16th 2009, it may be using an outdated security certificate.
A new security certificate was put in place for all clients starting Dec 11th.
If the clients haven’t updated since then, further updates will fail until corrective steps are taken.
Hello All, So yeah I am back with another Sophos Console problem.
This time our update manager looks to be working fine however we are not getting updates.
In the log viewer app everything looks great except I see this message from time to time starting from the 15th: 2014/09/18 PM Information The synchronization of protection data for product release 'Sophos Patch Server' was successful, but no new data was found.
