I've been dabbling with hsmxpress, and I have to say I'm very impressed.
I use it in solidworks not fusion 360 but I just figured I'd mention them since they're probably the closest to a competitive fair licensing software to onshape.
Since autodesk now owns HSMworks/xpress I'm wondering if we will ever see HSMxpress in On Shape.
Any thoughts on a CAM of similar pricing and functionality that will compete?
Really excited to see mastercam/solidcam implentation but would be even more excited to see other CAM software as well.
Free Cam created by Bashar Teg6 (Miles.152) Free Cam is a library which may be integrated into any map.
Free Cam allows for the implementation of free camera movement in the game world beyond FPS camera-look.
It would be most useful as an observer cam or as a first-person airborne vehicle, though I'm sure the mapmaking community can come up with even more creative uses.
Copy and paste the library from the example map into your own map, then follow the instructions provided (both below and in the library.) Please credit me in your map if you use this.
In order for Free Cam to function, several things will need to be set up by the map designer.
First of all, a new camera needs to be created to serve as Free Cam's operating camera.
The settings for this camera can be put to preference, although for reference I recommend looking at the one in the example map (named Free Cam.) Second, the map designer needs to decide which input method will be used for the camera controls.
